Looks like I've missed a few days.
Well, the stock tires and wheels are going back on the truck this Thursday for the winter. I'm storing them at my sister's house, and am going there for turkey day. Guess that will give me something to do for a bit.

good job Lanemeyer. did you wire the puddle lamps up yet? I haven't taken the time to do that yet.
Thanks, I did not take the time to do that, I am having a little trouble with everything working right so I will have to take back apart anyway. Power works, blinkers work until i hit my rear defrost button then they stop blinking. Also I do not have a pin on the mirror in position 11 which is supposed to be the puddle lamp.

Not sure what is going on but will have to mess with it again after turkey day. Having the whole family over so I was lucky just to get them on.

I've been off of here for a while. Nothing really new here. Just been busy with work, family, and school. So, is anyone going out for the blackfriday ads? I know my wife and I will be. Our digital camera broke so now we have to get another.

I stay as far away from shopping on black Friday, I will be sleeping late, then watching football, drinking beer, and leftovers.

Boy I like to shop but those 2 days Black friday an the day after Christmas I try to avoid if at all possible. I have been so close to having a wreck with my truck its not worth the hassle. People tend to be careless in there driving at these things I figure it isnt worth it. I remember last year some guy got killed when people went in to this particular store like a heard off elephants an was trampled under to death. That turned me off. I am the kind off guy who likes to shop at midnight when nobody us around.

Yep I stay away as well, and if you like online shopping the deals the following monday of black friday are a million times better. You just have to put in the time pounding the keyboard to find them.

So hows every one doing? Sure been great weather for the holidays. Missed out on all the big deals on black Friday. Just stayed home an got lots off things done before the weather turns cold. Im liking those rims Jump n. With those 35s it really makes the truck. How about those Huskers. Always a great game when were playing Colorado despite there record.

Weather has been great, I got rest of the family's autos washed yesterday. Today I had to take my tow mirrors back off and try to figure out why the were not working right. 2 hrs later i finally got them working correctly. Now I have power, blinker, and heat, All work except the puddle lamps, need to run wires for that, but after trouble shooting today I was running out of day light.

Yeah the HUSKERS keep winning, ugly, but winning, will be interesting next week to see how we do.

Yep this warm weather really helped me get a ton of work done this long weekend. I helped my family finish up harvest, got 10 loads of wood cut, went hunting, pressure washed a combine, leveled off some grain bins, hauled countless loads into town, and helped move cattle from one pen to another. It was a long weekend but it needed to get done so I guess at least it was nice out.

I just flew back into Lincoln late last night from a 1 week trip to Oregon to see my mom and some friends. Had a great time. Good weather - good food - good times. Now back to work......I'm so thrilled.

I have been nothing but happy with the truck. The only real downside to the 04-08's is the spark plugs can break off when taking them out of the motor, and aftermarket parts are still pretty expensive.

Mine is a very hard worker and has not let me down yet.

If I had to buy it again, I would in a heart beat. I personally think it is my favorite body style.
