So what Ford dealers have the better service departments in the western Chicago suburbs? I am not afraid to travel too much, would like to limit it to Plano on the west. Elgin on the north, LaGrange on the East and Joliet on the south.

bnie im out here in New Lenox s e of joliet a few minutes and dont know of one dealer i have heard of who will take care of your truck with out quarrel. I think they are all so afraid of having to cover a dealer charge back. I go to Curry in frankfort they started out same and then rolled i think because of word of mouth . I was ready to to paint they sorry work on my truck.

 

I've had good luck at Packey Webb. Always been professional, polite, and seem to be on top of things. A porter damaged my wife's Explorer a few months ago during snow storm. Even though it would have gone unnoticed for a while, they called to let me know.
