First they make the Super Duty into one of the ugliest looking trucks on the road, then they mess with the good-looks of the F-150, and now this????? Ford needs a new department called the "Look at it before we release it" department :-)

 

What's with that pickuptrucks article talking about FMC redoing the superduty for 2010? Was 2008 not good enough for them? Just because diesel regulations are changing for 2010 doesn't mean FMC needs to redeisgn the entire vehicle again. I've certainly heard nothing about this.

Back to the Marked LaughableTruck. I suppose if Mexicans like the truck with Lincoln badging... personally it looks awful to me. And bizarre, because I am just the opposite (I always want a Ford badge on my truck).

 

All i ever see when i went to mexico was VW beetles. Dam things were everywhere.

 

That is such a photoshop job! The reds don't even match! You can even see the F150 badge on the side...

 

First of all the the sun is hitting the front passenger corner of the truck and the hood. Which leaves the other side of the truck in the shade. Paint looks darker in the shade. The 2009 Mark LT is based off of the Platinum which explains the F150 badges on this yet to be produced LT.

A quick google search produced another source that talks about this truck (which included three more pictures of the grill): http://www.autoweek.com/article/2009...NEWS/903099978. I guess all of these sources are wrong and someone took the time to photoshop all of these pictures.

 

^plus I already said on the last page about why the paint "appears" not to match sometimes because of the different materials.

I agree, it's total 'shop job. Brenda Priddy has a good reputation as a spy, but this one is totally faked IMHO. If you look at the grill closeup on the Autoweek site, you can even see the line where the two images were merged. It matters not...this is one fugly biatch! Do they make paper bags large enough to cover the grill so people can actually drive it without humiliation? Definately a two-bagger.

If our dufus border patrol can allow 3 million illegals to come into our country, getting a Lincoln truck to come across should be no problem. In fact take about 20 illegals back over the border with you @ $500 each and thats 25% of its cost. I say go for it!
