I'm going to run my 28x11.5x16 quick time pros on 16x8's. If it doesn't work I'll get them widened. I know people who have used the 28x10x16 drag slicks and they worked fine on 16x8 wheels. The width is only 0.3 inches wider in the quick time pros and the section width 0.2 inches. (The quick time pro was measured on a 10" wheel and the slick on an 8".)

Are those new Quick time pros the C07 or the D05 compound?

look at the bottom of the spec charts and it looks like the compound of the Quicktime Pro is softer than the slick...
