Ran this in Hallsville, March 2001. Mods were Pro-M 80mm, SVO throttle body, Swanson, chip, 3.73 gears, and JBA shorty headers. I have since suspected that the Pro-M was out of calibration causing the tune to be more agressive than is probably safe. However, we had four TALON guys in the 12s that day and only one used a pulley so it is quite possible with good track prep and good weather.

Came close!

13.07 in my 2K with just a FT mod valve, oval blade throttle body, K&N in stock airbox, 2" lowering, minus spare, hitch and front sway bar.
Added a 3lb pulley, NGK TR5s and a 160* thermostat and broke 12s.

I've seen and ran against them too!

Etown was open this weekend since last weekend was rained out.
