Rusty Wallaces 99 Lightning
Rusty Wallaces 99 Lightning
I'm so excited. My wife was looking in the paper Sunday and came across a Rusty Wallace Honda ad. It said Rustys personal Lightning. I went down to just see it an asked why he was selling it, they said he is racing Dodges next year and it didn't look cool for him to be driving Fords.
The best part is it only has 560 miles.
I have a 99 with 32000 and a lot of appearance mods but I thought I would ask to see about a trade.
Needles to say I now own Rustys personal L. Part of the deal was I got to keep all of the mods I want off of mine including my repo. 20's, A.R.E. and my cobra hood.
They told me next time Rusty was in town they would let me know and I could bring it down to have him autograph it.
It even has some paperwork in the glove box with his Name. Russell William Wallace Jr.
Rusty coincidently has always been my favorite so this worked out great.

Ah...Nascar.
Not a fan. I like racing where people turn in both directions. Watching Nascar ranks right up there with watching golf or bowling for me.
Navi Man - I've never claimed to be a "Ford person". I like all interesting cars regardless of make. My fave, the vette, is made my GM. I never understand the people who have that sort of mindless brand loyalty. I just happen to have a couple of Ford vehicles at the moment.
