Daniel-

The $13k prepayment to Sal was for the stroker engine / blower, including billet crank, CNC ported, polished heads, etc.... I told Sal that I wanted the best of everything....

The $8k prepayment to the engine builder includes removal and replacement of the engine, plus a whole lot of other work and parts, including; center console, canton oil pan, c-notch frame, extrude honing new blower intake, install super cooler, install electric cut-outs, install additional gauges in center console, install fuel pumps, install rear adj. shocks, install line lock, relocate battery, new steel braided hoses throughout engine compartment, oil primer, high amp alternator, keypad modification, etc......... I am sure that I will owe them more money before everything is completed.......

RT-

The $4k for the nitrous includes (2) carbon fiber bottles, (2) remote bottle openers, (2) bottle warmers, plus approximately $2,800 in installation. I wanted everything completely hidden, so it took them much longer than a standard installation.

The more that I think about it, my $43k figure is very conservative. Didn't even include the torque converter, 4.10's, plus a bunch of other stuff....... :o

The funny thing is that my wife believes that I have only spent about $3k......... Obviously I manage our finances.....

Due to my schedule, I have been unable to get to the track yet (@ 2 hours away), however, once I get my truck back I will make time.

Sal has guaranteed me that my truck will be faster than his.........

There are going to be a lot of fast trucks this fall, it'll be cool to see how it all pans out....won't be me, after the blower I'm about tapped out.
