Accufab?

Is there a difference (Besides price) between the Accufab throttle bodies being offered by JDM, JL, and LFP? The pictures look the same on all three sites. JDM claims to be the only distributor for the one they are offering. Anybody have the story straight on this one?

JDM:

I'm pretty sure they are all the same. Buy one from the cheapest vendor and save some money.

J15BIG: If you don't think the $450 is worth it then...Don't buy the T/B...I will improve performance, but for $500 you could get a N20 system...Understand what I'm saying is its like the $1800 I paid for about 25HP ( if that much ) out of an Exhuast system...Not exactly "Bang for the Buck"...but The Exhuast sounds awesome and the T/B gives better Throttle response!!!

The $350 price is from accufab and has the cobra linkage. The tuners put on the L linkage.

The Accufab throttle body that JDM selling is a little different than the one Accubab is selling. Jim designed his unit and is having Accufab make it for him. JDM is the only one who can sell it for something like 6 months, then after that Accufab will be able to sell it too.

Iff you llok closely the JDM is wider and squarer than the accufab unit.

I'll take one for $315. Just steer me in the right direction where I can get one. Thanks,

Tim

This is what he's talking about.

I'm gonna wait and see what prices do, over the next 6 months or so, with a little more competition. We could be seeing a more reasonable price soon. Maybe not. We'll see though.

A Nitrous system costs more than $500. Unless you get a used one. Try somewhere near $800+ bottle fills which can run $40+ on a 10lb bottle.
Just a dry NOS brand 05115 costs a little over $400. Then you have the gauges, purge, heater, blanket, remote opener, blow down tube, etc.

Cool Billet T/B's

There isn't an exclusive on Accu-Fabs T/B's. I have been selling them for 6 weeks. Complete with new linkage lever arm that I provide. Also with a new TPS sensor upon your request.
