All 3 of the tuners are top notch.. I have used JLP & PSP. I first went to a PSP chip to have multiple programs as well. Now I use only PSP products...

Both gave me great service... With the route I am going PSP is the one I feel most comfortable with...

Boy Can I help you with this !!

Its been a while since I have had to deal with these issues but let me tell you my experiences with chips.Ive had EVERY chip out there including some you might even not know exist.

Without going into specific programs these are general comments I have for the main 3

#1. JDM

(VERY IMPORTANT)....Best shifting to date!!! I cannot emphosize this enough!
His shifts are quick but not harsh.They seem to be the best for the tranny.Many chips Ive had were hard shifting but not really quick enough,THERE IS A diffeREnce!! JDMs shifts seem the absolute best and also absolutley feel like they are not doing any hard to the transmission whicj IS a big issue with chips.

I had no pinging

mid range power was good

low range power wasnt the best Ive had but very smooth.

Ive never had a chip with as much high end power as this one.The top end was incredible.

I had no surging or bucking and no boost problems.

I never had my truck long enough to know about customer service but Ive heard good and bad.

JDM was the best chip I ever owned BAR NONE!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

#2 PSP
Until I tried JDMs,this was the best shifting I ever had and is very close to JDMs program.It would be a matter of preference.This chip also seemd no ill effect on trannys.

No pinging

All (low,mid,high) power was good but I felt it was a little weak compared to others. If you want a true street chip with no problems ,this would be very very close with JDMs with the exception on a lottle power missing.

No boost problems or surging.

In general a very good chip.

I know there has been alot of good.bad about customer service but Sal treated me EXCELLENT and was great customer service with good knowledge.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Johnny Lightnings Diablo

Tranny was kinda harsh

little pinging here and there.

The absolute best low and mid range power I ever had to this day.Very strong top but not quit JDMs top power

AWESOME tire spinning G force pullin low/mid range.Throttle response was AWESOME!

I had a couple issues but to tell you the truth,It was when he just went to diablo and was trying to perfect his chips so i cannot and will not comment any further because it would not be fair to him.

What ever I didnt like HE FIXED IMMIDIATLEY!!!

HE had THE BEST customer service I ever experienced BAR NONE!

Thjose are my experiences in order of preference.If i were to buy another it would be JDM all the way!

Thank you all for your comments. I appreciate them all. I'm not trying to start anymore "tuner wars", so to all of you who put stupid little faces with the eyes rolling, thank you so much for being stupid. I haven't been on here that long so I don't know how many others have asked the same thing. To all the rest of you who actually want to help a fellow Lightning owner out, Thanks! No one said if JLP makes a multi program chip or not.

Rumor has it that Diablo and JLP are coming out with a chip w/ a knock sensor soon.
I do not run a chip, but if I did, I would want this addition. IMO
Just my 2 cents.

Just another opinion, but I really do love having my PSP 4 way chip for more programs. Its not that big of a hassel to change chips but its just so nice to have 4 programs, somthing to consider.

as far as tuning goes, JL and JDM are great guys for tuning chips, but if you want to run some nitrous I would go with psp cause sal is more of a Nitrous guy then them two are. All 3 are on top of there game though so you can't go wrong.
