Sweet!

Nice job! What did you use for the sound deadening on the floorboards?

B-quiet original, I picked up 70 sq feet of it and my friend ordered a 100 sq ft of b-quiet extreme.

1200 watts to the JBL amp and 150 watts with the PPI amp. 75 to each door speaker (infinity kappas) and 600 to each sub 10L7s.

Evilsvt,
That is an awesome set up!! What are the dimensions of the sub box? How much air space do the 10L7's require? Man, this board is gonna make me go even more broke than I already am! Later.

Very nice, was considering a simular setup myself.

Think its possible to use 2 L712's? How do the 10's sound? I was considering picking up a empeg player myself.

I have a older set of MB Quarts with the 6 1/2, 5 and the tweeter. Not sure if i will use those and my older alpine head unit, or add a newer mp3 one.

Basically i would like the 2 (L7 12's or 10's), MB Quarts compents in the doors and tweet in the pillar proabaly. I have a older lanzar amp i used to use for the mbquarts, need a amp for the subs though.

Got to say it looks great, but in the detroit area that would get stolen in a second i'd have to hide that pretty JBL amp to protect it

thanks for all the kind words guys.
The rio was bought from Rio itself, I picked up two in the last batch they made And it is possible for 12L7s to fit because Clonetek did. I chose the 10s because I listen mostly to rock/alternative and the 12s are too slow for it. Lets just say thank god for sound deadening or else my panels would shake loose.

I removed the rear panel for the box, just measure between the two gray panels which i think is 43" and I think it's like 13" tall and 11" at the base and 6" wide at the top. It came out to be around .85 cu ft. We put in two partitions so there is a dead space in the middle where I ran all of my wiring.

Luckily at my young age I get to stay away from the bad parts of town. My school and my house is in the better part so I'm not worried about the amp. When I do go out I park where I can see or I just ride with someone else on the weekends.
