Cool Bassani

If you think about it, your not paying that much more when you consider the kit includes 2, not one, muffler(s), an X-pipe, tail pipes, polished tips, all your hardware and hangers. If you just want to improve the sound a bit then just a muffler will do fine.

My next mod to my L is probably going to be the exhaust.

For the past two weeks I have been trying to sort thru the numerous threads and hundereds of posts pertaining to exhaust preferences for the L. It appears that if you have the cash, most users are leaning towards the Bassani cat-back system.

I'm not really looking to gain more power but instead to turn a few heads when I drive my L on the weekends. Not necessarily like a 427 Shelby Cobra with sidepipes turns heads. But, half of that would be nice.

After everything I've read, I'm leaning towards buying two of the Magnaflow #14416 4" stainless mufflers and the #10791 stainless X-pipe. My local exhaust shop said they would put it all together for me for about 150 bucks. This includes reusing the factory tips. I'm kind of picturing the setup to look like the JDM cat-back system picture that www.jjssvt.com has on his website.

OK i have a dilemma!!! I have the flowmaster which sounds like a beast which is what im looking for, but its only one muffler instead or 2. if i supposedly went for that bassani system would the sound still be there like i want it to. would it quite or would the volume be louder. and i dont think the flows are giving me any power. i heard it takes away some. so would that 2 muffler system with the x-pipe be a wise move for performance and sound cause i gots to have the sound
