Since search is down, need x-plan info
trying to help a friend out. he wants to get a cobra on x-plan. anyone have that link that was posted a while back for x-plans??

It's EAA.org . BUT, they changed the rules, you must be a member for a year before you get the xplan benefits! Maybe you can find someone online here who can give you an X-plan pin number
