It's a daily driver, which means driving on what ever is on the road. Never have had any problem with the rain, my a$$ kinda draws up when I have been on the snow with it, I'm just glad we don't get that much snow in Oklahoma. When I win the lottery (or the kids finally move out ) I'll be able to have something else to drive when the weather is bad, but I don't think alittle rain is bad though, some of you guys might melt, but your truck won't

I've been caught in the rain a few times.. I immediately head home to take cover. Refuse to drive it in snow. Salt is hard on vehicles and I don't want someone sliding into me.

Got caught in the ran today.. Get home, out comes the hose & bucket @ 2am.. 30 degress or so.. Nice & clean now..

The hard part will involve keeping my paws off her till Spring!!

Driven every day, rain or shine, near or far. Besides, you know the saying "built ford tuff!"

Rain--yes; snow--no(accidents and salt).

Mine's a daily driver, too. Sun, rain, or even snow when we get it.

I drive mine in the rain alot. Like all high HP vehicles, stay off the gas and keep the supercharger out of the picture. Too much gas is a good way to end up sideways.
LOL

An hour after I took these pics, I was out driving around. The next morning it was icy on the way out to work. No problems. Everyone around here kinda shuts down when it snows, so traffic is pretty much non-existant. After driving my '97 T/A around in the snow (A4), the L was a puddy-tat. You just have to be careful and know what your limitations are.

I don't drive it in the snow because I am worried about someone sliding into me. Been caught in the rain twice and the L handled it no problem.

Daily driver, 2500 miles a month in NE Ohio. I ended up keeping the F!'s on with the stock wheels. It takes a little touch in the snow, but it goes everyday without fail.

dont get snow here but i drive her in the rain. i dont really understand why you wouldnt drive it in the rain. except for traction. well i guess i can see why. if you have a second car take it out in the rain. if not, take the lightning and just go slow. just like getting a car wash.

rain and snow

ground is frozed from snow clean up and just did some nice donuts..... Daily driver but I try not to drive in any snow on the road over a dusting. Have snow tires and weight in the back and treat the pedal like an eggshell, and not bad......but as for the comment about it being bull****.....no way the thing would move with f1's.....
