I spoke to SVT a little bit ago they said that age could be a factor and to check with the dealer. They said that the owners guide was not true and that dealers have the option to loan a vehicle to younger owners of a 2001/2002 SVT.

I guess when Ford printed the owners guide supplement they forgot to put the legal disclaimer in the back.

The same one they have on the product catalog.

"Following the publication of this catalog, certain changes in standard equipment, options, prices, and the like, or product delays, may have occured which would not be included in these pages. Your Ford Dealer is the best source for up-to-date information. Ford Division reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring obligation."

So I'm wrong. Sorry Sal.

If you want to sue FMC I think you could win. There is no disclaimer in the owners guide supplement, and it states, "Owners and lesses of 2001 model year SVT vehicles will be provided with a complementary loaner vehicle...".

Sorry everyone has to read my ranting. Everytime I hear that FMC is $crewing another owner it really makes me mad. Everytime I look at my truck it makes me mad...
