With 2 pages of replies, I figured someone had started flaming by now................I'm not raising BS flags or nothing of the sort on your 13.1, but damn, that has to be the fastest stock times TO DATE on any Gen2, am I correct????
****, if that's the case, chip it, throw a 4 lb. pulley, a filter, and a shift kit, and your friend is gonna have to bring a Supra, not a Civic!!!

I know a thing or two about this subject. I helped a co-worker put a Jackson Racing supercharger on his 00 Civic Si. He had been reading magazines (like someone earlier in this thread) and actually thought his car ran 15.7 stock. I made sure we went to the track before starting the project. He ran a best time of 16.4 and got his first lesson about magazine times.
The supercharger he bought was used and had an 8# pulley instead of the stock 6# pulley. He bought an imported Japanese (all instructions were in Japanese) fuel management computer that would let you change fuel settings at different RPM's along with the VTEC settings. He usually ran some toulene in his gas to keep detonation down. He ran a 15.1 with this setup.
He bought a catback system to replace the small exhaust and ran a 14.9. He said the best he could hope for with the stock bottom end was a 14.5. He knew if he wanted the go faster that it was going to take big bucks with a stroker bottom end built to take the power.
The bottom line is dude better put a bottom end under that turbo if he wants to run with you more than once. He will also need some kind of wide DOT slicks because front drivers don't like to hookup with that kind of power.
