The video was impressive as hell watching a pickup beat a Z06! Totaled's Lightning is incredibly impressive to watch run whether it is running up against something or not.
BUT COME ON GUYS!!!!!!!!! We are talking about a heavily modded Lightning (and yes, I consider cranking out probably double the stock boost heavily modded) against probably a bone stock Z06. You guys are misleading yourselves--I mean someone asks "was it an 01 or an 02 Z06?", like it really matters. Here in Phoenix, I saw a bone stock Z06 run a 12.41 the BEST modded Lightning in Phoenix has ran a 12.99x. I hope nobody loses sight of the fact that a bone stock Z06 will outrun probably 90% of the MODDED Lightnings out there in a quarter mile time. To put it in perspective, that would be like the guys on the Corvette forum showing a video of a bone stock Lightning run up against a Z06 that was modded to put out like an extra 150 horse or so, and then have all the guys on that board rant and rave about how cool it was to see a Z06 stomp one of Fords finest.
