What size Lower Pulley to run?

On my 99 I ran a 3# pulley, 12" Powerstack, 90mm mass air, JL Diablo chip (mild street program) and F1s. I ran a best of 12.89 with this combo @ 80 deg weather and no cooling of the motor.
When I went to the 01, had to purchase a new pulley so I went with a 4#. With just the 4# pulley, 12" powerstack, JL Diablo chip (a little stronger street program) and ET streets I ran a 12.54. It was colder, 50 deg and the motor was cooler.
I am now going with the 6# pulley but have changed the plugs to NGK BR7EF and am having my chip reprogramed.
