today on my way home from school i was just driving normal. All of a sudden a little civic flies by me with his little shi$$y exaust and is stopped at a red light. now im lined up with this little punk *** and now i recognize this kid who always bras about how his car is the fastest. so he then revs up on me and i just laugh so the light turns green and we both jumped on it but i guess he didnt jump on his hard enough cause i was about 10 car lengths a head of him. and at the next light he was behind me and i knew he was reading my sticker which says " acura civic-we all make mistakes" and thats that!!!

From a stop you shouldn't have to worry about any civics takeing you except for a very limited few. The only chance they would have to beat a Lightning is to take it up past 150MPH. In Either senario, they will have alot of money put into the car.

Either way, good job putting him in his place and showing him who is faster.

 

Those civics are the best kind of kills!!!!! I keep hunting them but they seem to know better....hehehe

 

you could probably get a better running start than most civics can launch...

No, this is what happens when they let women drive military vehicles.

 

The only Civic that has beaten me thus far, is my buddy's 448hp Civic. That thing is a bloody rocket and a half. It borders on the line of cool speed and scarey fast speed. But I killed him on a steep hill from B.C to Calgary A.B. And that happens to be the only vehicle that has slaughtered me so far. I'll probably meet my match this coming Spring when all of the hot rodders come out of winter hibernation, along with my Lightning.
