My L was built 1/15/01, and it wasn't at the dealer till 3/15/01. It was in transit forever. It was sitting at a lot for like a month "blocked in". I was told I would get my L at the end of January, which seemed to be true since I knew it was allready built. All I'm saying is that just because they are being built, does not mean they will be at YOUR dealer anytime soon. Like i've said in earlier posts, these things get dispersed around the country VERY slowly. Only a FEW dealers will have them anytime soon.

 

Three "test units" were built over a month ago, blue, silver and red. Production started about 10 days or so ago and there is probably at least 75 2002 L's out there allready. How do I know this you may ask? I work at the plant. When Ford builds a truck, they want to deliver and be payed ASAP because stock doesn't make them $$$. So as far as time to destination, I'd say it's prioratized by dealership size, order #'s and location. Be patient, they are on the way! The new L just broke the bank and I can't afford a new camera . Let me say this, the blue trucks have huge impressions with being new and different, but I'll still take black over the blue, (just my opinion).

the true blue ia a reality. i ordered an 02 blue yesterday. they said that it was already on order for stock,and that i should see it in 3 to 4 weeks.

 

Their is a mystic 99 lightningvin the mklo of kansas city mo. It has 4 coats of mystic . should be a post of its picture soon in lightnings at the lake.

To attach a picture simply go to post reply, and when you are posting a reply look to the bottom of the page/box and click on browse. Then locate teh picture on your computer. After you have done this just make the post.
