Angry Unfreaking Believable!!!

Some of you might remember I had some kids throwing rocks at my 1 week old L a few months ago (dented the tailgate in two spots and busted the back glass). Well... today, my girlfriend and myself are on the way to meet with a realtor to look at a house I'm interesting in buying. Just riding along, chatting, listening to the tunes, running the questions I would like to ask about the house, etc. etc. when BAM!!! the damn windshield has a HUGE FRIGGIN' CRACK in it. I glance out of the corner of my eye and see what... two freaking kids running back to their house. I stop, turn around and pull up to the yard. The little boys are out in the yard and I ask if they threw anything. Yup... (I'm fuming at this point).

Anyway, I speak to their grandmother and aunt who just happened to be on the phone with their parents. Speak to the father and he assures me that it will never happen again because the little boy has a MAJOR AZZ CUTTIN' coming to him. He will be back in town tonight and we'll get everything squared away.

I swear, I get more compliments on the truck from adults but the freakin' kids just love throwing stuff at it! I'm still flabergasted at the odds of this happening TWICE!

death to the kid

i would have killed the kid right there on the spot. if i ever found someone even looking at my beauty the wrong way it would mean death. sorry to hear about the window, glad to know that it is getting replaced.

p.s. if i ever find the person that keyed my door....i have one thing to say.......................run...fast.

Anyone have a wood chipper? Sounds like fresh chum to me. I remember being a kid and doing some pretty stupid stuff, but never anything like that. Can't blame the kids, slap the sh_t out of the parents.

CornerCarver:

Man, that sucks--I feel for you.

Be sure that they replace it with a Ford w/s, not an aftermarket one. The a/m w/s might be lighter in weight(faster-hehe) but not what you want.

Temps dropping over here--hope for a sub-13 pass Fri nite. Will let you know if/when it happens--LOL!

Man i would have gotten out and beat the ***** out of him. His parents probably wont do anything to him usually when a kid like that cant respect other peoples property or is a wise A$$ like that his parents dont discipline him. All i know is that when my *** was bad when i was little i got the strap hehe after about 1 or 2 times i learned my lesson. I say next time you see him riding his bike stick a broom stick in his wheels that will teach him hehe.

yea but Vin, that would be a waste of a perfectly good broomstick... how about just run his butt off the road with the truck?? easier and doesnt involve getting out of the vehicle for us lazy people! Mike

dude,
The first time someone screws with my truck, I will make an example out of them for future patrons of action. And by the way, just a 33k dollar truck that like 5 thousand of them were made...........but it's just a truck.

CC,
I feel for u... However like someone else said it is just a truck... Everything can be replaced without knowing anything ever happened... That why there is insurance but luckily the kid admitted they threw the rock and you don't have to go through the insurance on the windshield... Look at it this way, bad luck is better than no luck ...

Later, Justin
