I use Porterfield's. They are Carbon-Kevlar. They take a little geting used to. they feel soft, but are good in intermediate braking. Do not try to stop while they are cold. You will notice that the petal feels real solid--as in all the way to the floor.

When warmed up, they are good.. Torture them, they like it.

I believe Brembo makes a kit for our trucks. Probably would cost a pretty penny but may be worth it? Anyone tried the Brembo's?
