Brooks, we're anxiously awaiting the results.

Myself, I'm driving a Chebby Metro loaner. It goes everywhere at full throttle. I haven't found enough ground yet to get it going 60 mph. My guess would be somewhere in the 14-16 second range.

I have figured out how to make it chirp the tires. It requires full application of the foot brake and parking brake.

well, i'm back...

got the new intercooler installed, but they didn't replace the supercharger.
i looked at the old intercooler and took some pics of it. there was a pretty good collection of gunk on it. looked like rubber and oil mixed..

i wonder if the intercooler peeling is gonna hurt me in the long run? is there anyone at SVT that i can talk to about this? i think it needs to be replaced.

i'll post pics when i get them developed.

also done:

4 NEW RIMS!!! the old ones were peeling a bit and they were replaced. plus as an added bonus, when they mounted and balanced them they used stick on weights! WOOT!
no more ugly rusty scratch marks from hammer on weights.

rear diff cover seal replaced.

windshield wiper cover replaced.

they were supposed to change the plugs, but i don't think they did. guess i'll be doing the NGK's soon.

i need to check spare tire and see if they swapped it. (if it was a recall tire)

i'll scan the work order tonight or tomorrow.. i have to go to work now..

brooks *back in the boost*

I'm getting a lot of the same.

They will not be replacing the blower on mine either. It isn't covered in the ONP. The plug change and O2 sensores are up the the technician after testing with the new IC.

I guess they are scanning the computer to check for misfires and codes before they will change the plugs and O2 sensors this time.

Last time, they just did it without asking questions.

Brooks, are you ready for traction yet?

Angry you think that's bad.......

I took mine in for the i/c repair 9-5-01 told the tech to lopok for damage to the s/c sure enough, had to be replaced. I was happy , new s/c , i/c, plugs, o2 sensers great right...... I just got me l back today 9-26-01 and yes I use mine for work too. sait the s/c got lost but wouldn't order another until they determined what happend to the first order. this has been the WORST ford syndrome yet
