if any of you have joined eaa.org to get the x-plan pricing, how long did it take for you to get your pin?

All you need is your membership # and from the EAA webste you are put through to Fords' secure server and they will generate your pin #. That's how I purchased mine.....Good luck!

 

It took them about a day to send me the login info, and then another day for it to actually work... So I had my pin in 2 days, from when I first registered.

 

I went to the EAA website and it says the following regarding their discount program with Ford.

"Can I choose from any Ford Motor Company Product?
Whether you decide to purchase or lease, EAA member pricing is available on most Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover vehicles, and Jaguar S-Type. Certain vehicles may be excluded. "

My dealership told me they DON'T sell SVT vehicles on the x plan if that is what this is. Does this really work on a Lightning?

It took 1 day to get the pin #from them .I think that it depends on the dealership as to weather or not they will do the x-plan or not.I got mine at Towson Ford in Md and there was no problem at all.Very easy.

 

It really depends on the dealer if they except X-Plan on the lightning or not... Just call all the SVT dealers in your area, and you will probably find one.

I got my membership number today, but I can't login to eaa's site yet

I Found Ford's secure site when it generates the pin, but it wanted a partner code which I don't seem to have since I cannot get in to eaa yet...

Another day to wait...
