I was at Discount Tire today and asked for a price on chrome wheel exchange. The salesman called them for a price and was told that they didn't do exchanges anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

 

Must have just happened, as I exchanged e-mails with them about a month and a half ago and they gave me pricing for both exchange and outright purchase. Seems odd that they wouldn't do an exchange. Nobody makes the '01 wheels in chrome yet!
