Horrible Dyno #'s
Look at this on the positive side.Your rwhp is nearly what the truck was at the crank stock.I think you lose about 23% of your hp through the tranny drivetrain etc...so if you back all those numbers up and your rwhp is 380 then what is yourr hp at the crank, should be somewhere around 500 I could be wrong, but like they mentioned in a previous post you don't race on the dyno, you race at the track.Your convertor shift kit whatever will give you your gains at the track, not on the dyno.I have so many mods I forget what I even have, but my biggest gain was the CHIP!!!.Like you I am adding NOS and some good traction bars but you have pretty well worked your way thru the mod list, now like was mentioned previously get your truck tuned on the dyno.I agree that the gains from the exhaust, and throttle body were minimal and if I were to to that all over again I wouldn't.But the truck sounds good, is consistent, and does kick some butt,so don't give up.I have alot friends with L's some have nearly 20k in experimentation mods, your not alone, just hang in there and listen to what these guyson the previous posts are saying ,it all looks right to me.It could be worse you could be driving a vette!!!!

Mine did 355+ rwhp stock with 800 miles. One of JDM's very first 2001 programs added 21 rwhp to that. I threw on a set of long tubes and exhaust and added another 7 rwhp at the peak (more at lower rpm's).
Can't wait to get my new flip chip from Jim along with the pulley and fan kit. Haven't dynoed since I got BABolt's billet TB.
This is another instance where a dyno is very valuable; I don't believe in bench racing dyno numbers but a dyno is an indespensible tool for tuning and searching for HP increases.
Good Luck, you will get it sorted.

Z28KLR, that would be a wash in the quarter mile.
Are you up for Carlsbad on Aug 18th? I'm going to be tuning my 60' times. I understand Danny ran 13.40's there.
The quickest that I've run is 13.83 at Famosa. That run was on a greasy track in high 80's temp. It was the hotest day of the year so far in Bakersfield.
I know I can run better at sea level.

Jay I'll be there let me know what time everyone is meeting. Danny ran a 13.4/.5? at 104mph full street trim. He told me he didn't have it floored untill the middle of second. From what I hear the track really sucks in the traction department.
The track opens at 1:00 PM. I may be there on Friday night to visit my dad. He lives in San Marcos, and is only about 5 miles from the track. I plan on getting there early, as I have some work to do on the traction bars.
I'm looking forward to the racing.
I hope other local LA and SD Lightning owners will attend. I'd like to meet them all. It's fun racing and and bench racing.
Anyone else want to attend?
