It's not $100 for a re-burn, it's $10 for the 4-way. We just got our new 4 way with some new programs to try out. Can wait till Friday night!

I was at Norwalk FFW

I was only able to get the L passes at Norwalk on Saturday around noon; I don't know if they made another set of passes. I had to go. I took a good look at Jim's truck when I was there. Of what I could see he had:

Lower pulley
LT headers
Traction bars
Electric fan
Filter kit
Slicks
Aftermarket muffler (Magaflow) I think
Nice tips
Not sure about T-body; but he probably did have it

I recorded him doing a 12.58 that time

FYI - The $100 charge is to reburn a PSP program on a NON PSP chip.

Do As I Say, And Not As I Do???

SAL,

If you didn't figure it out yet, the only reason I posted on this thread was because you have no problem jumping in on the JDM threads. Where did you see PSP on this one?

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...threadid=45621

"BTW, that's real classy of you to make that post in a thread where people were talking about another product."

I guess I was trying to be just as classy as you are.

P.S. Maybe the 850 foot difference in elevation between Norwalk and Raceway park has something to do with the "marginal" .3 second improvement in ET's. How fast have you gotten a non-nitrous 2001 to run so far?

Brian

No issues with you, just stating the facts.

Thumbs down

Well, the difference between my post and yours Bob, is that my post was to try to help, to educate, and to answer the mans questions. Your posts are just simply to turn screws, to twist the truth, and to ultimately make the company that you are financially backing look good and all others look like crap.

Nobody else seemed to think my post was out of line. And several people E-mailed me and thanked me for the information. Since you are the only person who who is trying to twist that post around to something bad, it's pretty obvious to me that you have "other" intentions here than just sharing your opinion.

Question Re: Something smell fishy??

Hmm, that's pretty odd. All the JDM guys said that Jim ran a 12.70 with ONLY a chip and filter on F-1s. Now he adds a JDM lower pulley, JDM throttle Body, JDM torque converter, slicks, JDM lift bars, long tube headers and exhaust, and only gets .3 for it? How can you know what to believe?
Sal,

Where is the post that states Jim ran a 12.70 with chip & filter ONLY?? I don't remember seeing that post

Sal,

My posts are also made to educate people and promote the truth. What people choose to do with the information I provide is up to them.

For the record, the only financial backing I have in JDM is for mods done on my truck at the JDM Engineering facility. I wouldn't want anyone to interpret your statement any other way. Not that I would be afraid to invest in what I already perceive as a viable business venture. We have never discussed it.
