Question Those who've used the Belltech shackles

Did you kit come with the extra set of bolts needed to connect everything? If not, what size bolts/washers/nuts did you use? Is something special needed? I just got my kit and there's nothing in the instructions about it. Thanks.

No. You need to reuse the stock bolts...

Hey I have a question about shackles also, actually a few.

Those of you who have done belltech, do any of you have a part num?

Those who have lowered in the rear, did you replace the shocks, or will the stock shocks work fine with a 2' drop?

And since our trucks came from the factory with the (_|_) end higher, wouldn't we lose some handling characteristics if we only lower the back, but maintain the stock tuning by giving it an equal drop on all 4 corners?

Mods (so far):
**** carpeting for the bed
sportmaster tonneau cover
premier 720 HU

to get list:
cervini ram air hood
some form of ram air
lower blower pully
the rest of the stereo
some sort of shift kit
maybe a chip

TampaSVT, I see where I went wrong. There's already a set of shackles on there, just smaller. Thanks.

captainoblivious, I ordered mine from Mike at LightningPerformance. Less than $60 shipped. He can be reached at uni4money@aol.com. Don't have any answers for your other questions.

Cpt:

2" rear drop doesn't require shocks. If you did the hangers too, certainly do shocks...

You'll probably like the ride of the 2" rear drop. Levels the truck out nicely.

I went with my stock shocks and no other parts are needed. All the guys at the shop loved the kit and the guy who alinged the truck just loved it 2
