I will put up some pics of my '01 white. It looks kinda sweet with the clear tail lenses and its really glossy when new, if you can keep that gloss it will standout good. It seems to reflect the colors from the sky, so it looks sweet on blue afternoons kinda has a bluish tint.

I had to choose between a white and a black one. Choosing one color over the other was agonizing.
So I told the dealership that when they sold one of them to call me, and I would take the other one.
Ended up with White and never have regretted it.
To choose between Black and Red, I would go with Red just because the paint is easier to maintain.

Buy any color, paint it Yellow, and claim that it was one of the two that was ever made.
Or, paint it red/white/blue stripes, ala American Flag. Then you have the ultimate American Cruiser. Just my crazy thinking...

I went with white, it is the rarest color and also my favorite for the lightning
