Go with RED!
Black is the best looking color when it's cleaned and waxed. But it's more work to maintain. Black L's also just look meaner than any other color.
I just prefer Red because it's traditional for sports cars and trucks and it just looks damn SWEET!
Silver and White are just kind of boring. No offense guys and gals.

Cool

Here's a picture of a 01 Silver (Ciione) and BLack (mine) Lightning.

BLack looks wickedly mean, when it's clean. And that's the only down side. CONSTANT cleaning. If you can't deal with that. Go with Silver.

This is the payoff to #1 Being a perfectionist when I clean, and #2 Picking BLack as my number one choice. She's a beauty.

p.s. More pictures in the link in my sig.

I spent 4 years in school and most of my life studying all aspects of commercial and advertising art.A color not only reflects the driver, but according to advertising basics and the applied senses reactions to colors from the general population, there are a handful of colors that have stronger reactions than others. They are Red,Black,White,Yellow,Green and Silver/Gold.Oviously most exotic sports cars and Muscle cars use most or all of these.Red--amplifies attention and very high "gawk factor"Look at me color.Black- Mean, mysterious, mechanical yet very prestigious.Low key but rich.White--signifies purity, cleansiness, emaculativity(ie:brides gown).Considered extremely classy.Silver--The most mechanical color.Amplifies machinery, reflects jewelry and extreme class maybe more than any color including Gold. These colors amplify these feeling strongly and should be considered when deciding between one or more colors. After deciding on one or two of these colors a final way to decide would be to sit or better yet drive in one outside the showroom(any color looks good indoors)You can also look at a friend in one to become the "observer".These trucks are all beautiful and you really cannot choose a "bad" color, but its the message the colors give that may make you feel a little better than another one.GOOD LUCK!

I like the white cause it matches the tire smoke. Plus it is fairly easy to keeep clean with the exceptions of bug splats.

If you "love" to constantly wash and wax, get the black. Silver will NOT give you the same satisfaction after waxing it. (I have a silver GT.) I had a black 00Lightning. The best compromise is to get the red. Its really good-looking and has that great "satisfaction after waxing" factor like the black.

I can see that no one has mentioned that RED is the fastest color, and attracts cops like a magnet!!!

My decision has been narrowed down...Black or Red...still stuck between these two colors.
