Cool Paging all Wet Okole seat cover owners!

After owning the L less than two weeks, I can already tell that I'm going to have to get some seat covers to keep the suede from wearing really bad. I've checked out Wet Okole's website, but it's hard to get an idea of what the true color is. So, who has pics? If you don't have any pics, can you at least tell me what color combo you went with and what the light grey and charcoal look like in the truck? Also, what "layout" did you go with? I saw quite a few pics of split benches on their website, but I didn't see a setup w/ the headrest integrated into the seat. Should I order directly from Okole, or is there another place with better prices?
Thanks in advance for all of the help.

I've had my truck 10 months, and put 23,000 mi on it. I noticed about 60 days ago that the seats appeared to be wearing on the driver's side due to entrance and exit.

I went with black on black, with a red Lightning logo. When you look through the windshield, the "Lightning" stands out.

So far, I like them. If you need to, you can hose them off (I don't), as they are waterproof. My son spilled a burrito in the passanger seat, and we cleaned it up with no problem.

If that had happened to the light grey "SVT" seats, I'd have had to replace it.

Besides, I understand that the entire set of Wet Okole's are less $$$$ than one stock seatback cover from Ford.

Alphadoggy and others, had some fits installing them, so I had them installed at the Wet Okole Costa Mesa, CA store.

I don't know how to transfer pics to this site, but if you open the link in my sig to my Zing album you can browse the album and open the pic of my Wet Okoles. I think they look damned good. Should have got them a lot sooner, but fortunately no damage done during the interim. They were a TAD difficult for a mental midget with short arms like me to install; if you plan to do it yourself I'd suggest recruiting an assistant, and stocking up on plenty of your favorite libation.

unfortunately I dont have any pics, but I'll tell you I went with black, red insert down the middle & the Lightning logo (w/ bolt) in black. I get lots of compliments on just the seat covers sometimes.

alphadoggy - Those look AWESOME! Is the grey color the light grey? Is the Lightning done in white? I'm thinking about going w/ the light grey on the outside, black in the middle, and Lightning embroidered in light grey. Also, did they do the black cover for your console?
I can already see that it's WELL worth the money. I'll be ordering a set tomorrow.
Here's the pic of alphadoggy's setup.

Cool

No, Trevor, those are black on the sides and dark grey in the middles, with light grey logos. My L. is silver, and I think they complement the color scheme inside and out. And they did include the black cover for the console, but I couldn't figure out how to put it on (we mental midgets do have our limitations). I decided it was superfluous since I seldom sit on the console, anyway, there's not enough room for my cup and my butt at the same time.

Cool

Thanks for verifying the colors. I agree that it definitely complements silver. I'm going to do the same but with the black in the middle.
Thanks for all of your help!

alphadoggy - when you say dark gray do you mean the charcoal color? Thats the exact ones I decided I'm going to order, black outside, charcoal inside, and the Lightning logo in light gray.

These seatcovers are the best in every respect. Make sure to order their cleaning products; after about 20,000 miles, you should notice that they need cleaning.

You won't regret purchasing some wet okoles. They're great!! I too have received many compliments on mine. I have a black L so I went with the charcoal insert and the black Lightning logo on the head rest. They look sharp! Let's not forget that they also protect very well. I found the installation quite easy too, less than 20 minutes

Thanks for all of the replies. You can only get the outer trim in black, so I couldn't do the reverse that alphadoggy did. SO, I ordered a set just like his. 2-3 weeks wait now

My covers are identical to alpha's. I like them alot, (I have to tell 'non-L' people that my seats do not have the factory 'finish' on them).
