Hello all..

I would go with the Polks.. I have DX-7's in all four stock locations.. Nice and clean for a good price.. With a good amp they sound great.. You could spend more on some JL Audio's or MB Quarts.. but the difference in price compared to difference in sound becomes the issue.

Did mine with Cerwin Vega SS 2683's ~$80/pair

Sound much better than stock.

Now for the head unit.

 

A buddy of mine works at Best Buy and hooked me up with the employee discount on 2 sets of Pioneer 3-ways. Sound pretty good, a ton better than stock. I'll be happy, and I got them for $50 a pair. (I didn't buy the truck for a stereo, so stereo's aren't a top priority.)
