Ford is renting my truck to me...I have to give it back in Sept 2003...unless I decide I have to keep it...then they will buy it for me, then I have to pay them back.

I pay for everything myself, always have, since I was 16.

23 as of this week, Lawsuit. Not sure what I want to do with my life yet, but this summer I plan on getting a federal contract planting trees and some other landscape work at an old coal mine site. Senator Davis, and Senator Bacon are my favorite congressmen.

When a stranger asks, "How much did you pay for that?", I always answer, "I didn't pay for it - my girlfriend gave it to me."

They invariably respond by telling me how cool that is and how lucky I am. Then I go on to tell them, "Yeah, but it really pissed off my wife!"

I slip out in the silence that follows.

48 years old; president of CALIFORNIA Equity & Loan, a specialty mortgage banker; spend most of my time as a director of our biggest client, California Pools, a fifty year old pool builder.

Who really pays for the truck? Only my accountant knows!

(Married, no girlfriend but lots of fantasies.)

By the way, before anybody gets too envious of the dot.commers (now dot.gonners): A portion of my retirement account was invested in BUY.COM. I got in at $27 and it now stand at 31 cents a share.

I will have to retire two years later and my boat will have to be 15 foot shorter!

I know I'm not alone in this boat...
