Thumbs up

Clonetek, recently got an Olympus E-100RS. Fantastic camera, especially for sports photography. 10x optical zoom with image stabilization (equiv. to 38 - 380 mm 35mm lens), 2.7x electronic zoom multiplier (equiv. to over 1000 mm 35 mm), shoots up to 15 fps (faster than any 35 mm motor drive). Trade off for speed is lower resolution than the 3 megapixel cameras, but fine for web publishing. See sample images. http://www.dpreview.com/articles/olye100rs/ No, I don't work for Olympus, but this is a fantastic camera. I wanted a camera to shoot pics of my kid kite surfing, my nephew racing his motorcyle, and me running the 1/4, or whales off my boat, and this puppy really fills the bill.

Doug,

I cranked the resolution way up and still had to juggle two scroll bars so I just did a copy/paste into Excel...

After running the numbers, it is more than my wife is allowed to see......
