It may be that you cant see it unless you have Office 2000 installed... If that is the case then - It just sucks.....

Cool

It costs a lot. My L's gas tank gets filled 3 times a week. That is over $400 per month.

Remember, if it's this much fun, it must be illegal, immoral or cost too much!

I guess we fit in to the first and third.

If you are worried about the cost of running a Lightning it may not be your best choice. No reason to own it if you can't afford to drive it. Then there is always the mod issue. Just give your Visa Platinum card to Sal or Jim and let the fun begin.

lgogether - I used frontpage and selected insert component - Active X is likely the culprit

Silver-Bolt - I am not worried just interested in providing interesting content for fellow owners....

Lightbulb Curious what it costs to drive your L for a year ?

I posted a Calculator you can use to total up the investment on a yearly basis

http://www.svtlightnings.com/costcalc.htm

You can change the numbers to meet your driving / buying style

You need to use IE50 or better to use it ...
It may work with Netscape but I havent done any testing on any browser other than IE5, 5.5 and 6.0

What do you think ??

Silver_2000 - Awesome program you got on your page there. I have Windows 2k and IE 6, so it worked fine for me.
$11,505.55 a year for me. Being 18 hurts the insurance total.

Thanks Zues

Do you have office installed ? Which version ?

It seems crazy but I have 4 computers here and they all have IE and office 2000... I didnt want to remove office just to test the component since it takes 30 minutes to install
