I guess I dont mind them as much as other people on this board. Think about it. Mr Z28 lines up with imposter on Monday. Imposter loses, and loses bad. All week MR. Z28 brags he tore up a 'new Lightning.'

Friday night comes around. Mr. Z28 is on a hot date. She wants to see him win a race or two. The state of his luck depends on it (or something). Mr. Z28 and I cross paths with eachother, and line up. Its bad enough he is planning on racing a truck, but he goes ahead and tells his date what to expect.

A few seconds later, Mr. Z28 gets embarrassed. And if he really has game he wont lose his cool.

 

another thing i forgot to mention... the center caps on the wheels didn't have "svt" in them.. they had some aftermarket wheel companys name in them.

the other day i though i saw a king ranch supercrew so i caught up with it to talk to the guy because i am thinking about getting one just not sure if its worth it.

well i got next to it and when i looked at the emblem again it said "Harley Davidson"
the truck was a black xlt. i looked over at him and he rolled down the window and i said

"i didnt know the new supercrew harleys came in an xlt version"

and he said " yeah its a limited edition"

i said " im sure it is"

then sped away.

thats the crap that pisses me off more than anything.

You Lightning guys are funny, set it on fire, now if some kid punk kid see it and thinks its a Lightning and races it with his v6 camaro or firebird and beats it, man some bad rumors are gonna go around, anyway, I saw a F-150 4x4 that had lightning written all over it, including it in big letters on the windshield, the I saw a 1987 escort ls that said 5.9L R/T written all over it, I couldnt believe it, I asked the Girl who owned it what she was thinkin...just in case you guys cared

I don't know why this bother me so bad. I thought you guy's that let it bug you were kind of strange. Then it happened to me. On the way home from work the other day a black "L" (I saw the SVT badge) past me at a high rate of speed. I wanted to see who it was so I ran like a bat out of hell to catch him. When I could see his bumper and saw the tailpipes coming out the back and could tell he was a poser it really pissed me off . I didn't think it would have that effect on me!! Then the next day I see an SVT Cobra with badges and wing. Must be the only one with a six banger. Might be a concept car.

I do have the SVT emblem on the tail gate but that's where I drew the line. I put a Police Interceptor emblem on the other side of the tail gate and PI stickers on the windows near the door locks. I've got to agree that the "L" emblems are too much and I never would have done that. When someone asks "What's that?" I tell them that the sales man said somthing about Police Interceptor but I can't remember. Hey, you guys can't deny me a little fun. Anyway my "PI" is a good running truck for the weight. Especially since I got the superchip in yesterday.
