Then once I do some mods we will have to run again and see how we compare. I used to have a SHO and know they can be fast. I realize there is allways someone faster than me.
I am not afraid to run someone faster. It would be fun to see how I compare stock, and then with some mods.
So this spring lets have some fun, and see how fast you are

The way i see it you have a low to mid 15 sec. car stock,the mods you list are worth around 2.5 seconds i am not so sure your even in the 12's yet!There are many Lightnings running deep into the 12's over here,we need timeslips please!

My guess is IF he has a SHO and it is all he claims, It wont be running by next spring, or he will have gotten rid of/ or wrapped it around something.

I bought a new SHO back in 1989. By late '80s standards, a low 15 second four door was amazing. The other great thing about the SHO was that no posers owned them.Very few people knew what they were, so only serious car enthusiasts had them.
Unfortunately, they are so cheap now that any bozo can afford one. I don't currently own an SHO, but I still follow them. They have serious traction problems and I doubt this guy is even in the 13s on street tires.

I'm not bashing the car for what it is...and I'm not even bashing this guy for "hot-rodding" it! I think that's cool, actually, since that's what I do to just about every vehicle I own.
But, coming to this board and acting like a real .... gets you nowhere.
Not only did the Gen 1 SHO have traction problems, they also had/have clutch problems, and throw too much power at it and you'll be picking up the transaxle. Time for a Quaiffe (sp?). Like anything else, there's more to it than throwing some more power at it...to get it to be TRULY reliable.

Back in '89, my boss bought a new one. Very nice car, all options. I got to drive it for an afternoon without him in it. It was impressive for the time period. (What, 225 hp?) However, it wouldn't hook up because of it being front wheel drive. After it hooked, it ran great, and I beat a Saab 900 Turbo with it. But my L runs better than both.

HI!... Hey guys, read his SIG closely. He says he's making a total of 350H.P right? Well take 350H.P, and take away his 95H.P shot of N.O.S. That leaves him with only 255H.P. As far as I can remember the "91" SHO made 210H.P. So that means his 12PSI VORTEC SUPERCHARGER is only giving him 45H.P!!! That's one CRAPPY supercharger!LOL! I think he's just TROLLING!
