Dude,

There are these little things on your keyboard called periods, and commas. I am very glad Sal cleared things up for you.

Hey built54, I just spoke to one of our reps in Jefferson City. He will take care of me by hooking me up with a hotel, transp, etc..... to get there. We will just have to decide a place to meet and run. Then you can proove your 98 5.4 4X4 pickup is worthy to be in these LIGHTNING forums. I will bring my 01 L down and run it as is. If you come within 1 sec of me I will respect you 100%. That is with the 76mm turbo and new motor. Let me know so I can make arrangments. GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy New Year to you my Lightning Brother
Health Wealth and Happiness to You and the Family

I see Sal explained it already but to answer your other question no you actually do it with the car off. You simply open the Drivers Door bend down and plug the XCal2 into the Aux Port (the xcal has a cable attached to it)
You then press s few buttons it will ask you to turn the key on (not start), you wait @1 minute while it does it's thing, then BAM your done. You then shut off the key and put the XCal in a safe spot (you can also use it as a Code Reader and to shut the Check Engine Light off if it throws a Code)

Happy New Year!!!

yea well .....whatever.....you know it'll be cool, I know it'll be cool, with the weight and drivetrain looses, it may not break records, but I can't wait to see that big 4x4 smoke some unsuspecting peeps

I'd love to see the look on someones face when they get beat and hear a nice BOV pffffssttt sound come out of that thing....LOL

yeah, it runs pretty good now, i can smoke a hemi no problem, I know its no lightning, but it gets me around... and ill be tripling the power, so i hope to see some good numbers on the track. Down the road i plan to do a 2wd conversion, which will loose 600lbs.

Have you taken it down the 1/4 mile yet? What's it run?

Nice truck.... . You should get that bad boy ready and do a FFW near you next year. With that set up, she will/should run very consistant(sp?).

Let me guess... You are going to put Lightning badges on it also. It might be cool in some peoples opinions but its just not a Lightning. Its like trying to take a GT Mustang and turning it into a Cobra. Whatever....

"say what ever you want svtL, but when im done, ill let ya know so i can smoke ya."

The only thing your smoking is the rock......When you are finished with project f150 regular let me know and I will be there. I wont even unload the L. First I will race you with the hauler, then if I lose I will pull the L out.

You better start ordering parts................

And I really liked you too

Have you eaten a SRT8 yet ???

I might have a little something something for ya, hehehehe

See I AGREE a 4WD CAN BE Hi-Performance ; o ) schitt I own one...
Having a 370 cu in 420/420 that'll rev well into the 7000+ range and being able to stomp it to the floor without barking a tire IS A LOT OF FUN, (CHIT LOADS OF FUN AMOF). And it will EAT almost anything on the steet around here. I'd put it against almost anything from a dead stop on street tires) maybe even you know who
Here Gator Gator .....

hehehehehehe.....
