I know this was discussed in a previous thread but I wanted to post a picture of what 4 minutes with CeramaBryte Stovetop cleaner did for my tips. It is very quick and very easy.

Should have done a before and after but too late now....

After I cleaned them I wiped on some car wax to protect them for next time....

The shine is enhanced by a BRIGHT Texas Sun.

I'll "Zaino" them inanimate objects to life after using that CeramaBryte! I'll only get some though if you "like" how they look in person. I'm such a follower now these days *smirk*.

 

They look as good in person as they do in the second photo. The first one is enhanced by tricky photo angle and sun....

I havent ordered any Zanio yet- Seems like too much work. Mine looks good with a wash, Chamois and wipe on wipe off Ford Wax.

To much work? Are you insane man *grin*. To be honest the "first" time you use Zaino will be the most difficult. It should take 4-6 hours to do the first initial "Zaino treatment".

4 Hours for "Lazy" people
6 Hours for "****" People

*Big Grin*

This includes a number of steps that you will "not" have to do again for a long time/ ever unless you plan on being "**** like me", and doing shows.

Here is the first process below:

1: Dawn Wash
2: Clay (Z18 Clay Bar)
3: Dawn Wash & Z7(Zaino Car Wash)
4: Z1 - Polish Lok (Z1 has no drying time)
5: Apply 1 Coat Z2(Show Car Polish)lightly!
6: Wait 1 hour
7: Wipe Off Z2 w/Canon Cotton USA Towels
8: Apply 5 drips of Z6(Gloss Enhancer)
9: Wipe Off drips w/Canon Cotton USA Towel
10: Apply 1 Coat Z5(Swirl & Scratch Remover)
11: Wait 1 hour
12: Wipe off Z5 w/Same Canon Cotton USA Towel
13: Apply 5 drips of Z6(Gloss Enhancer)
14: Wipe Off drips w/Canon Cotton USA Towel

This list appears very long, but after the first treatment you only have to then follow this Second process, which i've listed below:

1: Wash Truck w/Z7 (Zaino Car Wash)
2: Apply Z2 or Z5(Show Car Polish or Swirl)
3: Wait 1 hour
4: Remove Z2 or Z5 w/Cotton Canon USA Towel.
5: Apply 5 drips of Z6(Gloss Enhancer) per fender section, and wipe until bright, and shiney.

You will always use the Gloss Enhancer everytime you have removed any "Zaino" product as it is part of the process to really push the shine to it's max potential.

You will notice that the second process should only take you less then 10-20 minutes of actual "physical effort". You will wait 1 hour, but in total between applying, and removing it's only 20 minutes. Pretty cool eh?

It's incredible. You can redo the initial process for "shows", but it's not necessary. You can go inside and cook, or come here to F-150 while your Zaino is sitting for 1 hour. It's so easy to take off that you'll wonder why you ever used anything else.

P.S. What you said above goes the same for me with "Zaino". Zaino does for your finish what Sal's PSP products (Chip & Filter) combo have done for our power.

 

Cerama Bryte is available at Home Depot in the appliance section. Got some today, havent used it yet. It also works on Stainless steel so my 98 Mustang GT exhaust tips are in for some polishing as well.

I would think that with such a wide wheel and tire that if you really want a truly balanced wheel, you have to go in and out. I absolutely hate tire imbalance.

I Zainoed for the first time this weekend, and although the temperature was barely 60 Deg. F, I've got to tell you it was a lot of work, cause nothing would dry. And that's without the clay. Subsequent coats will take far less time. (By the way, it's great to have you up and kicking about).

Zaino + High humidity + cool temps = Hard work.

The same applys pretty much with any product you use on your paint. The best thing to do if it does not come off or dry quickly is to simply leave it on.

It will not hurt your paint to leave it on until a later time. I have left Zaino on my Lighting for 2-3 weeks, and simply washed it with Z7. When you wash the Zaino off after a long period of time it's still as if you wiped it off *grin*. Can't do that with a wax can ya! I've been using this stuff for awhile so I've learned all the tricks.

If Zaino gives you trouble, or seems hard to use, just contact me or give the actual manufacturer a phone call. Sal Zaino will "always" answer the phone himself, and tell you specifically how to make the job easier.

Has anyone ever tried brasso. We used to use it in college for White Collar Inspections (Military School). It cleaned anything. Plumbing pipes, electrical conduit, etc.
What utincles (sp) were used. Just elbow grease or some handy dandy trick?

The zanio sounds pretty good, but I've seen some good photos with 'cherry wet wax'. So whats the consensus? 50/50 split?
