Turbo Gen 2 guys...

I am thinking of turboing the 01L and had a couple questions about the MAF. Where are you placing your MAF, before or after the turbo? And are you using stock or aftermarket tube?

perhaps for more power?
perhaps becuase you can run upwards of 600rwhp on a stock block much more safely than you can run 500rwhp with a blower on stock block?

This is probably a stupid question, but why can you make more power safely on a stock block with a turbo? Just curious.

Superchargers take power to make power, a turbo is like free power, the engine doesnt have to work as hard to make the power.

Turbos are nice, but I am really a fan of the flat torque curve of the roots charger....

Now back on topic. Does anyone know how the ford meter will respond to a blow through setup?

Mine is a blow through and makes 800+ rwhp. No problems at all.

oh yeah turbos are badass!

to make 800+ rwhp with no problems is great! have you upgraded any of your internals? rods/pistons/bearings? anything?
