Unhappy Taste like chicken...smells like anitfreeze!

Well...have had my truck back for one week. Now....I get this "antifreeze" smell inside the cab. I checked and I have no leaks that I can see.

Have you been getting on it real hard?

I would check the IC resevior...you may be blowing some out at WOT. I was having the same problem after my dyno tune. They just over-filled it at the shop.

I had that happen on a Ford Escort, turned out to be the heater core had a small hole. Smelled almost like syrup after the car warmed up.

I thought only England's green and pleasant land and a few european shoite holes were subjected to a Ford Escort.......:o

But again I am proved wrong..

Just put the driver down and take his car to the crusher....

Yep....over $1100. But...after watching him do it....I am GLAD I had someone else do it. Just watching him take the dash apart and out of the truck was tiring. What a pita! All fixed though
