Sunds Like Everyone Had Some Good Ideas All I Could Tell You Is That When You Hit Bumps Or Turn Your Whole Truck Twists So You Need To Check It Out Top To Bottom Front To Back. Maye Have A Friend Stand Outside And Try To Listen For The Squeek To Help Narrow It Down. Also If It Turns Out To Be A Simple Lube Problem That Only Requires Some "spray On Lube" Look At Marine Stores The Have Some Prety Hight Quality Stuff That Wont Wash Off The First Time It Rains.
