Drag race question

Drag race question

Guys

Does anyone unbolt their front anti-roll bar at the track for better weight transfer?
I'm thinking of just removing the brackets and bushes from the chassis but leaving the bar bolted across the A arms.
If anyone has done this, does it make much difference? Any pro's and cons?
I'm racing in a "real" street tyre class tomorrow on my Hankooks and obviously get massive wheelspin unless you really roll into it carefully.
I'm hoping to avoid some wheelspin and pick up a better 60' time and e.t.

Most guys take them off for Drag Racing,40 lbs less front end weight.

+1 on that. Plus...yes you do get better weight transfer. But most just remove it totally. Never heard of just removing the brackets. Good luck.
