Welcome to the site and nice truck. If you do change the pulley you'll also want to change to colder spark plugs.

4lb/Tune/K&N should net you anywhere between 380/470 SAE-390/480... If you have cool weather and use STD numbers you could make the 400/500 club.. those numbers to the wheels of course. As far as price, check out the supporting vendors section and you can get a ballpark of what you're goin to spend...Another great mod that's cheap is the FTVB (Factory Tech Valve Body).. it really changes the overall demeanor of the truck, really firming up the shifts. I'm going to have to agree with pitstain though. I don't mean any disrespect either to JesseSVT, but the mods he's mentioning are very low bang for the buck, if any bang at all at stock-ish power levels. And for reference your stock block should be able to handle 450ish to the wheels with a good tune. (That's also a hotly debated subject here) But that's a few mods down the list.

And a little advice: If it's cheap and reliable, it ain't fast. If it's cheap and fast, it ain't reliable. If it's fast and reliable, it ain't cheap.

Basically what I'm getting at is that you have to pay to play... and be ready to absorb the costs of whatever modifications (if any) you decide to do, because as soon as you touch the pulley and computer, powertrain warranty goes bye-bye.
