Bought my Lightning 7 years ago today and turned 171,000 miles on the way to work. It would have a couple thousand more if it hadn't taken a month to find the bad fuel pump resistor...

It's taken a lickin', but it keeps on tickin'. Hope to keep it going another 2 or 3 years.

Anyone want to race me to 250,000 miles?

I have owned my 03L for 3.5 years, it has a whopping 16k miles, probably would be more if I wasnt on my 3rd motor already
I have owned my 93L for 2 years and it has 210,000 with a VERY stock longblock ...never a valve cover removed and I slapped a Turbo on it

 

I noticed my truck rolled over 30k last night. Glad to see you enjoying the truck

i am only at 147k miles. turned 7 back on 4/27/06. i hope mine lasts another 2 or 3 years also. but i think my tranny has started to slip so gotta get that fixed. other then that i love my truck and will try to keep her forever.
