In my experiences with JDM you can sit and wait a long time and not hear anything. Talk to Julie Medwig. Every time I've waited 2-3 weeks on parts I've ordered, I then call and talk with Ms Julie - she seems to make things happen there and parts come quickly.

Mike00L, I was just curious becuase it will be 4 weeks coming up and I have no parts. Im not trying to make a big deal. I never went through JDM before so I did not know if this was typical of them. thats all. So before you start running your mouth in here calling us little girls and having anger problems read the posts and know whats going on buddy!!!

Jdm is not a huge company by any means personall wise. I think they have 8 employees total, 4 of which are Jim Sr. and 3 mechanics, Julie who is the backbone of the office
then you have Jim Jr. and Jay who do all the sales, answer the phones all day and get Jim coffee
and Andrew who takes care of shipping! That is a hell of a lot of work for a couple of people to do so how about cutting them a little slack when they cant control what goes on outside their walls! I've watched them bust their a$$es for the Lightning community and they are very giving as well.
It makes me laugh that there are some of you guys out there that had 1 bad experience with a tuner yet you will bash them at any given chance. Just let it go man - Life is too short to be so angry.

Everyone probably sees me as a JDM cheerleader, well I have been frustrated too by some things that have slipped through the cracks, but EVERY SINGLE TIME they have made things right for me and I have walked away loving my truck even more than before! These guys/gals are working themselves crazy over there....working every night way late, making thier mechanics stay on days they were supposed to have off, to make us happy. You really have to see the shop to see how much they have going on, and how hard they try to make us happy. Cut them some slack and plan ahead. Parts and services for these trucks are not as easy as calling up Jegs. Get over it.
hahaha wait till you're looking for a refund! I called up and was told that they only do refunds on Fridays and i had to wait. There ordering system should be the same. If they only give money back on Fridays they should only take money on Fridays. And to boot...... my refund was "misplaced" the first Friday and i had to wait till next Friday to get it back. All this was over a part that took waaaay to long to ship out so i canceled and went elsewhere.

Oh im not "running my mouth" im stating a fact at this point and I certainly do know what im talking about - buddy!
