OUCH...$7,200 for a supercharger on top of a $40K+ truck and it still only pulls 500 rwhp and just a shade over 500 lb.-ft. If I were a bettin' man I'd still throw my money on Gator.
Granted Ford's performance image has taken a bit of a hit as of late and SVT is biting azzzz, so you do have to give DCX credit for having the nuts to produce some true performance vehicles. Given the choice though I think the TrailBlazer SS might be a better platform for performance as everyone and their brother makes performance stuff for the LS engines.

Gator I'm not a fan of Jeeps, I've owned (2) before this and I swore I'd never get another, But my brother I got to tell you.....
in all my time, and all the years, and all the makes models and options, I have NEVER seen something so hi tech, powerful, and funtional come out of ANY car mfg. Over priced ? HELL YA WHAT ISNT ? but no matter what it's wrapped up in this Motor/Trans/Rear Combo will out run ANYTHING out there short of Vehicles costing double to triple it's cost. AND even if they're faster this will out run them on the road due to the impossibility of losing traction.
Yes of course if you want to compare it to a Modded L and the race track thats a differant story, HOWEVER you have to remember EVERYTHING is already done here, there's 600+ HP Turbo SRT8's out there already, give it time my friend it's in the 1st yr, the L's had 2lb pulleys on them the 1st year and everyone thought that was da chit.....
In the long run dollar for dollar this is A LOT cheaper, not a little cheaper,
A LOT cheaper. The Motor, Trans, Rear, Suspension, Brakes, Convertor, Exhaust, EVERYTHING is already done, all it needs is a little Boost....

I'll keep my L thank you. When all the little things start breaking and malfunctioning after the hard launches, let us know if you're still satisfied with it. If the beast holds up under the strain, let us know that too. Just be honest and I think we can handle whatever the outcome is.
