Burninout101---And another genius raises his ugly head. I am a Chevy guy who happend to buy a new Cobra and ran 11.9's with a 1.4K investment. I have no reason to go to any all Ford events. I race my Chevy 11.74 on street tires. Soon to aquire a 9 inch and ET streets). I have sold most of the parts off the Cobra and it is almost back to stock again. Don't get me wrong, the Cobra is a damn fine vehicle and I would take it anyday over its counterpart LS1.
Why does everyone keep bringing up my vehicles, maritial status, etc.? What does that have to do with 13 second Lightnings? Have you ran out of bogus proof? Show me a 13.2 slip with an air filter and chip. Hasn't happened yet. Hell, I enlisted in the Marines and didn't get drafted. Can you please explain to me what Lightnings have to do with killing people and fighting for YOUR freedom? I wonder if Lightnings would even exist if we were not free? Please don't say that about my military service anymore, I concede.

Oh Wow!! I think I have to agree with CA here. My grandfather and uncle were both in the military and have never seen them use it as an excuse for anything. Sounds like a cop out to me. I mean I cant even see why it was brought up to begin with and I still maintain this whole thing is stupid as hell. This wont stop until either MAD leaves the board or someone comes here to lonely *** OK and runs a time for him or he witnesses a run and can then tear down your truck and make sure it is made up of, and I quote,"Sals *****"

And back to my original thought on this all, The are certain rules that come into play in the mass production of anything. Show me where it says that every mod is going to give the exact same results on each and every car produced. You cant. Not every single 97 Cobra with the exact same mods as MAD's will run as his did, even if he was the one driving it, it just aint going to happen.

This is the most pointless display of childish behavior I have seen, and I am a kid. Lets see how long this thread will run.
