Opinions on TORCO Race Fuel Concentrate

It sounds like a good deal but I have been bitten by the "too good to be true" bug before. How many of you guys have tried it and what have your experiences been?

I have used the unleaded version in both my Lightning and STi with great success.

Use a can of it religiously every single time I fill up. Put a 6 lb.'er on a friend's L and with the tune and 91 octane gas in AZ it pinged under light load...can of Torco fixed the detonation in 5 minutes worth of driving.

i have used it on my truck when it wasa stock bottom,,,i was running 12.0's with a full weight truck,,,,i prolly ran over 300 passes with it,,,,never,,,and i mean never had a problem

i would add two cans of the unleaded chit to a half tank of 91

sal had my timing locked at 20 degrees,,,i was also running a magnum with a 2.7 upper and a 8lb lower

On the dyno with my STi on pump fuel I could only run a max of 20psi of boost on our crappy 91/92 oct fuel. The STi is equipted with pretty sensitive knock detection sensors. Anything over 20 psi and they detected knock and pulled timing. Adding one can to 10 gallons of fuel I could increase the boost to 29psi before any detectable detonation. A/F numbers looked great as well. They will turn your plugs purple so reading them is a bit tricky.

Best thing since sliced bread.

On 91 octane, 12 degrees was max = 425 hp, 13.32 ET. Add 1 can of Torco per 20 gallons, 20 degrees, 452 hp, 12.84 ET. Speed increase from 103 to 108.(remember I'm 5300 lbs).

Additionally, it improves my mileage by a little over 1 mpg (timing) so at $3.00 per gallon for gas, it just about pays for itself.

Silver-Bolt, are you using Leaded Torco, purple plugs? Mine come out looking like they are rusty, reddish brown.

so how does this work? you just ad a 16oz can of torco to go from 93 to 97 32oz to get to 101 and then you can just add timing. i have a predator tuned for 93, just advancing the global timing after adding this stuff will be ok? it sounds great, would like to get some info before i go nuts on this.
