You need to rename your event "fastest Lightning in north Texas". Neither you guys or us guys care to spend 8-10 hours on broken down old I-45. I guess we'll have to have north Texas champs and south Texas champs as I realized that times cannot be compared because of altitude and climate conditions. Good Luck on your Event!!

The simplest, and one of the most fun IMHO, would be to meet up at FFW in Houston. Everyone race in Street Ford or one of the bracket classes. You'll get 3 time trials each day and at least one round in elims. This is a minimum of 8 passes. $35 for the weekend to enter. It's May 6-7.

I'd think out of at least 8 passes per truck you could figure out who gets the $100.

Then you could try it again at FFW in Ennis come October.

Maybe the north Texas champ and south Texas champ could get together for a race sometime. That'd be cool.
