When I called/faxed them, they said around three weeks. I should have mine by the end of the month.

What a co-incidence - after a tour in 'Nam, I was stationed in Meridian, Ms, but went to training in Corpus and B'ville in the early/mid 70's - had some great times down there. Used to dive off Padre Island.

What fax number did you use?

I faxed them two weeks ago on a fax number given in a different thread, but haven't gotten a certificate yet. I didn't think it would be necessary to call them first if all they wanted was a fax?
